Session 1: Understanding soft skills (1,5 h)
The session is aimed at identifying soft skills and understanding their importance in finding a job in the tourism and hospitality sector.
Session 2: Emotional Intelligence (2,5 h)
The session offers an overview of the main characteristics of the emotional intelligence and an explanation on how to use them as valuable soft skills.
Session 3: Teamwork (3 h)
The session is aimed at explaining team-work issues and acquiring knowledge to improve relations and efficiency in a team-work environment.
Session 4: Assessment (1,5 h)
The session is a self-assessment evaluation part, aimed at assess the competency profile of the student and create an action plan for personal improvement.
