It is primarily a cultural and technical challenge because it is necessary to develop skills for the creation of integrated data sources, for work in hybrid technology environments, for the integration of the data in possession, recalling that they will be subject to rapid obsolescence .
Therefore, we must be prepared to respond to this speed by providing for the involvement of new specific professionals such as the user experience director, the data analyst and the mobile developer.
